A compulsory rehearsal will take place on Friday 27 January at 7:00pm. Rendezvous in front of the FFE shop, in the public entrance hall of the Stade Pierre de Coubertin, where the choreographer will meet them.
The rendezvous for the Guard of Honour:
Saturday 28 January at 1:00pm and Sunday 29 January at 12:00pm, in front of the FFE shop where they will meet their choreographer.
Parents can meet their children each day in front of the FFE shop after the final.
The children should arrive at the stadium in their outfit: long white socks, white sports shoes, white jacket and trousers, foil or épée.
They can, of course, see the finals, as well as the autograph session afterwards.
Each child will get 2 invitations for his/her parents.
SPEOS PHOTO COMPETITION
Since 2005, the FFE and the SPEOS international photography school have organised photo competitions at events like the Challenge International de Paris and the Challenge Réseau Ferré de France.
Once again this year, 15 photographers from 4 continents will take part in the competition. They must produce a photo reportage respecting the 7 imposed categories:
- A – The public + the general atmosphere in the hall
- B – The equipment (fencers’ equipment, weapons, pistes…)
- C – The bouts
- D – The French
- E – The fencers’ expressions
- F – Behind the scenes
- G – The unusual
The best photo reportage will be chosen by the FFE’s photography agency : ICON SPORT
